Bacterial Infection

A bacterial infection occurs when harmful bacteria invade the body, multiply, and cause illness, leading to symptoms such as fever, inflammation, pain, and pus formation, often requiring antibiotic treatment.

Symptoms:

Sudden, severe sore throat

Difficulty swallowing

Fever

Swollen tonsils with white patches

Swollen lymph nodes in the neck
